Short Term Respite Stays

Our goal is to match the unique needs of each resident with the service and care that maintains the highest possible degree of independence, autonomy and dignity. An individual health assessment is completed for every resident to develop a personalized plan of care and service, with further assessment provided as needed.

Westbridge Basic Assisted Living services and amenities provide a high quality of care

• All maintenance of apartment home and grounds
• All utilities, real estate tax and property insurance. (Resident pays own telephone.)
• A dining program with three chef-prepared meals daily and between meal snacks and refreshments
• Weekly housekeeping service
• Weekly laundry of flat linen
• Basic Cable TV package service
• Life enriching social, educational and spiritual services and programs
• Scheduled local transportation
• Regularly scheduled health assessments, including case management and regular communication with family as needed
• Coordination and arrangement of appropriate health services as needed
• Around-the-clock security, safety checks and staff support
• Priority access to Wynscape and RehabTrack at Wynscape for short or long-term nursing care and rehabilitation.

The Basic Assisted Living services and amenities are offered on a month-to-month rental basis.

Cost: $4,740 per month. (2009 pricing)
Second person fee: $1,194

Bridge to Independence II, which includes:

• Assistance with showering and dressing two times per week
• Medication reminders up to four times per day
• Reassurance checks three times per day

Bridge to Independence III, which includes:

• Assistance with showering three times per week
• Morning assistance with dressing, including wardrobe coordination, grooming, and personal care
• Nightly tuck-in
• Medication reminders up to six times per day
• Daily bed making
• Escort to all meals, as needed
• Escort to all activities in the building, as needed

Short Term Respite Stays

Professionally decorated one-bedroom apartments with living room, bedroom and large bathroom with built-in shower seat, three safety rails and adjustable shower head.

• Kitchenette
• Walker and wheelchair accessible apartments
• Flat linens and towels provided
• Television, remote control and 70 channels of basic cable service
• Telephone with local calling service
• 24 hour staff and emergency response

Includes:

• Three chef prepared meals and snacks
• Community events seven days a week
• Personal scheduled transportation within 5 mile radius of the campus
• Dressing, Grooming and personal-care assistance
• Shower assistance twice per week
